• An affiliate of the Store Capital real estate investment trust in Scottsdale, Arizona, bought the 18,000-SF D1 project at 10 Viewpointe Cove in west Little Rock for $3.1 million.

• 2200 Commercial Street Warehousing LLC, led by Mark Babbitt, sold its namesake 104,000-SF warehouse for $1.9 million.
Buyer: A local investment group with the sound-alike name 2200 Commercial Street Warehouse LLC.
• Arkansas Rice Depot Inc. sold its 58,168-SF warehouse at 3801 W. 65th St. for $1.3 million.
