An industrial building in Little Rock, a mobile home park in Jacksonville, a west Little Rock manor and a downtown Little Rock apartment project form this week’s quartet of multimillion-dollar transactions.
• 7400 Scott Hamilton LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, sold a 223,880-SF piece of its namesake project for $5.6 million.
This chunk of the former Celestica facility at 7400 Scott Hamilton Drive was acquired by a local investment group that included Jason LaFrance.
• Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park at 3000 John Harden Drive was purchased for $2.6 million by a group of out-of-state investors.
The list includes Little Rock Communities LLC of Beaufort, South Carolina; and two entities in Santa Barbara, California: 25 West LLC and Kirk Avenue Ltd.
Seller: Mas Verde Mobile Home Estates Inc. of Lake Worth, Florida.
• Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, recovered a 6,300-SF home in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood in a nearly $1.3 million foreclosure sale.
Former owners: William and Judith McDaniel.
• Penzel Place Apartments LLC, led by Letitia Jane East, sold its namesake 36-unit project at 518 E. Seventh St. for $1 million.
Buyer: Judy Brown Enterprises LLC.
