• CSCG LLC, led by Carey Smith, acquired the 40-duplex Pebble Peak Ridge project and five additional duplexes for more than $5.8 million from Beasley Rentals LLC, led by Lee Beasley. Beau Durbin brokered the deal.
• Saline Holdings LLC, led by Dwight Everett, Chad Hendrix and Brandon Hudspeth, bought more than 12 acres on the west side of Dick Mooney Crane Rental at 21108 Interstate 30 Frontage Road.

• Midtowne Church in Benton purchased nearly 18.5 acres at the southeast corner of Alcoa Road and Boone Road for more than $2.7 million from Patricia Ioup.
• Mace Properties LLC, led by Harry Erwin III, acquired a 6,844-SF house in the Edgehill neighborhood for $2.6 million from Stephen LaFrance Jr. and his wife, Wendy.
• Zero Mountain Inc. of Fort Smith bought the 87,500-SF warehouse complex at 1400 Gregory St. for more than $2.4 million.
