• Little Rock Housing Associates Ltd. of Denver sold the 128-unit Chapel Ridge Apartments project at 24800 Chenal Parkway for $8 million.
Buyer: Chapel Ridge Stanev AR LLC of Brooklyn, New York.
• An affiliate of Trinity Multifamily of Fort Smith bought the 52-unit Clearbrook Village Apartments at 619 and 719 Brookside Drive for $1.4 million.

• Liberty Utilities (Woodson-Hensley Water) Corp. of Oakville, Ontario, purchased the water treatment plant at 24920 Hwy. 365 in Woodson and water tower in Hensley for $1.3 million.

• The namesake trusts of Jeremy Davis and Holly Sanders acquired a 5,517-SF house near the Country Club of Little Rock from Craig and Lisa Douglass for $1.2 million.
• Charles and Emily Richesin bought a 5,337-SF home in Little Rock’s Overlook Park neighborhood from Melinda Morrell for $1.1 million.
