A portfolio of nursing home projects in Pulaski County changed hands in a deal worth nearly $29.7 million.
Affiliates of Kotel Management of Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, bought four properties from affiliates of AdCare Property Holdings LLC of Atlanta.
The properties involved:
- 154-bed Little Rock Health & Rehabilitation project at 5720 W. Markham St., $8.2 million;
- 140-bed Woodland Hills Health & Rehabilitation project at 8701 Riley Drive, $7.5 million;
- 140-bed Northridge Health Care project at 2501 John Ashley Drive, $7.5 million; and
- 120-bed Cumberland Health & Rehabilitation Center at 1516 Cumberland St., $6.4 million.
The sales were part of a nine-property Arkansas deal worth $55 million that included the properties below:
- 129-bed River Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Smith;
- 110-bed Heritage Park Nursing Center in Rogers;
- 104-bed Homestead Manor Nursing Home in Stamps (Lafayette County);
- 97-bed Stone County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Mountain View;
- 32-bed Stone County Residential Care Center in Mountain View.
