The IT firm Edafio Technology Partners of North Little Rock is expanding again.
Edafio has outgrown its office at 5020 Northshore Drive, Suite 1, and is building an 8,500-SF, $2 million building in NorthShore Business Park.
The building is expected to open in the middle of 2017. When it’s complete, the office will double the size of Edafio’s current location.
Edafio Builders has sold $306,000 worth of securities for the project, according to a Securities & Exchange Commission filing. Edafio Builders will own the building. Phillips also is a part owner in Edafio Technology.
Founded in 1999, Edafio Technology added an office in Rogers in 2014. It had about $10 million in revenue in 2015 and about 35 employees.
“We basically handle everything with regards to your IT needs,” said Jim Phillips Jr., a managing member of Edafio Builders LLC. “There’s virtually an unlimited amount of demand for what we do in terms just keeping your IT … secure and running.”
The architect will be Steve Kinzler of Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects of Little Rock. The general contractor will be Kinco Constructors of Little Rock.
Bank of the Ozarks will handle the financing for the project.
