A 27,000-SF retail center in Cabot, more than 587 acres in Jefferson and Lonoke counties and a 5.5-acre commercial property in southwest Little Rock provide our trio of multimillion-dollar transactions this week.
• R.S.G. Holdings LLC, led by Rodney Ghan of Fort Smith, bought the Rockwood Shopping Center at 110-112 Rockwood Drive for nearly $3 million.
Sellers: An affiliate of Edwards Capital Management of Memphis and Kanoa Rockwood LLC of Wichita, Kansas.
• Acadian Land LLC, led by Noel Strauss, purchased 487 acres in northeast Jefferson County and 100 acres in southeast Lonoke County for $2.3 million.
The Jefferson County farmland is split between two tracts: 310 acres near the northeast corner of Hwy. 13 and Tom Harville Road and 167 acres southwest of the intersection of Hwy. 13 and Coburn Brake Road. The Lonoke farmland adjoins the second tract.

• Atkinson Properties LLC, led by Russell and Richard Atkinson, sold the 9,316-SF City of Fire Ministry project at 10504 Interstate 30 and the 10,120-SF strip center at 10510 Interstate 30 for $1 million.
Stribling Equipment LLC of Richland, Mississippi, acquired the property as part of a 15-acre assembly process for a dealership development at 10600 Interstate 30.
