The sellers are Mid-Towne Center LLC, led by Sharon Mayer, 50 percent, and Nicholas Mayer Jr. and Nancy Mayer Sheppard, 25 percent each.
The deal, which includes the adjoining 4,512-SF Bank of the Ozarks branch at 101 N. Rodney Parham, is financed with a 10-year loan of $5 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The 4.34-acre development previously was tied to a pair of $1 million mortgages dating from June 2008 and February 2014 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The property was acquired for a reported $250,000 in May 2003 from McKay & Co. LLC, led by John McKay Jr.
Market Acquisition
A Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in Maumelle tipped the scales at $2.2 million.
Maumelle WMT LLC, led by Isaac Smith, purchased the 34,425-SF store at 117 Audubon Drive from Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust of Bentonville.
The deal is funded with a 10-year loan of $2 million from Southern Bancorp Bank of Arkadelphia.
The 3.07-acre former Harvest Foods development was bought for nearly $3.5 million in September 2007 from Shur-Value Stamps Inc., an affiliate of Little Rock’s Affiliated Foods.
Church Land
A congregation is the new owner of a 10-acre piece of west Little Rock after a $900,000 transaction.
The City of Grace acquired the land near the northwest corner of Shackleford and Col. Glenn roads from Landers Land Co. No. 6 LLC, led by Steve and Sandra Landers.
The deal is backed with a two-year loan of $600,000 from BancorpSouth Bank.
The Landers family purchased the property for $1.15 million in March 2007 from the June Phillis Nalley Revocable Trust.
Pathological Purchase
A 1.21-acre commercial site in North Little Rock changed hands in a $197,933 sale.
Advanced Pathology Solutions LLC, led by Brian Watkins, bought the site near the northeast corner of Northshore Lane and Northshore Place.
The seller is Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. 1, led by Gene Pfeifer. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $152,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.
The land was acquired for $105,000 in August 2013 from Tina Chwalinski.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $148,750 from Community First Bank of Pea Ridge (Benton County).
The 1.39-acre development was bought for $130,000 in December 1990 from Golden Eagle of Arkansas Inc., led by Bill Bray.

A convenience store, undeveloped land and a 152,000-SF retail project in North Little Rock were used to secure a $5 million funding agreement.
Morgan I-40 Properties LLC and Pike Plaza Shopping Center LLC, both led by Rick Ashley and J.D. Ashley Jr., obtained the eight-year loan from IberiaBank.
Land for the 14.4-acre Pike Plaza development at 2600 Pike Ave. was assembled in eight transactions of unrecorded value during 1957 and 1958.
The sellers were Ralph and Joyce Kuykendall, Amos and Evelyne Fithen, Angie Bostian, Orval and Sally Davis, Edward and Rhoda Bentliff, the Thomas Lafferty estate, Presley and Rosina Bobbit, and Johnnie and Billie Dudley.
The loan additionally is secured by 14.8 acres at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Highway 365, which includes a Valero project.
